All recordings are stored locally on your device. We do not store your audio files on our servers. We only store analytics data derived from your recordings.

You may not use the Service:

• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, another user, or any other person
• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the Service

The Service is provided "as is" without any representations or warranties, express or implied. SpeakStreak makes no representations or warranties in relation to this Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SpeakStreak be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
