Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Service

SpeakStreak is currently offered as a free service during early access. There are no subscription fees or charges at this time.

2. Future Paid Plans

If we introduce paid subscription plans in the future:

• Early users (first 500 sign-ups) will receive free lifetime access
• All existing free users will be grandfathered at their current access level
• Any new paid features will be clearly communicated in advance

3. Account Cancellation

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion:

• Your account and analytics data will be permanently deleted from our servers
• Your locally stored audio recordings will remain on your device until you clear browser data
• This action cannot be undone

4. Data Export

Before deleting your account, you can export your analytics data. Contact us at support@speakstreak.com for assistance.
